Sylla & Partners assists the Government of Guinea in the negotiation of agreements with the SMB Consortium relating to the construction and operation of a mine in the Boffa region, a 130-km multi-user railway linking the mines to the port of Dapilon, and an alumina refinery with a minimum capacity of 500,000 tonnes per year.
Three separate agreements are being negotiated by the Government with our assistance, namely a mining convention, a railway agreement, and a refinery agreement.
